A land of beauty and mystery

The denizens of this land
Constantly astound
Warlocks and griffins
Unicorns and elves

Wizards cast their magic here
The witches caldron bubbles
The roc are abundant
Werewolves as well

But for all its wonder

This world is lacking
It is not complete

Pixie dust does not sparkle
The dragon's breath is cool
Pegasus is walking
Castles are merely grand

This world has no soul
No reason to exist
Its very being is diminished
What is lacking is you

I only inhabit this land
I only reside
It is you who bring meaning
You complete this life

With you the knights are heroic
The maidens, fair
You bring focus to the magic
And make the carpets fly

Allow the faerie their dance
Make the beasts ferocious
Give gremlins their pranks

This world we should travel together
And save damsels in distress
Cross landscapes fraught with danger
The stars our only guide
